Kenn Gardner

Dear Friends,

It is time to elect proven leaders.
As a lifelong Republican, former county commission chair and as a small business owner, I’m running for Secretary of State to bring jobs back to our state.

As Chair of Wake County Board of Commissioners, I oversaw the largest jobs expansion in the county’s history. My efforts led to the creation of over 3,000 new high paying jobs, the influx of over $320 million in investments, and the arrival of global corporations—including Credit Suisse First Boston, GlaxoSmithKline, Lenovo Fidelity and Novartis.

In 2008, I was named the Urban Elected Official of the Year, by the National Association of Counties, representing over 50,000 elected officials.

As your Secretary of State, my top priority will be:

JOBS:  Attracting  ~  Keeping  ~  Growing

I’ll reduce red tape and government paperwork to make it easier for businesses to succeed.

I humbly ask for your support and vote.

With Warmest Regards,

Kenn

Priorities for North Carolina

We need to focus on returning North Carolina to economic prosperity, supporting small business, leveling the playing field, and rebuilding North Carolina into a business-freindly state. I will reduce government waste and shrink the bureaucracy that makes it hard for businesses to grow jobs.
